Hey folks. No i'm not dead, just too fucking lazy to update.

Honestly don;t know what the hell to say in here of interest.

Mark Ellis and Emily's wedding on the weekend was nice. So good to see people who rock hooking up and having a go of the whole marriage thing.

Re-learning web design is teh fun. css is sexy, although for some reason it;s being naughty at the moment. Will post a link on here when i finish the site im doing for uni.

SCA is going ok, extra_minty didn;t get scared off and is coming toi household tomorrow. (Yay)

Sir Kane has offered to make armour for me. Which will fucking rock. As much as i'd like to I don't think i'll be able to fight full speed with a two handed sword. I do howver think that a pollaxe with a dagger in my belt will work rather nicely.
Now i need to see if i can get over to Rowany festival next year to compete in the 'Combat of the Thirty' which is a reenactment of a famous melee between English and French knights during the 100 years war. 14th century harness, here i come :)
On a related not here's the style of helm and faceplate i hope to be having made for me. While the face plate isn't specifically period it looks nice and to me looks a bit better than standard SCA bar work. Drilled faceplate

So yes... fun in a bucket being swirled around with a stick.

As a side note my lj is annoying the piss out of me, in the past i have added WAY too many people, most of which don't interest me anymore. To this end i am pondering either starting a new lj or removing everyone from here and adding people i know and/or care about.

Today (being wednesday) I am having an Ultrasound and a CT scan. After that going to Murdoch uni for a meet-up of the new SCA college and after that kidnapping extra_minty and throwing her into the fray that is household.
